As noticed I have been away a bit. Some working and vacation have had me thinking of other things.
Today my vacation of two weeks started which really feels great. Tomorrow I will be heading to Finland to meet up with the parents. Going to spend a week there and crossing my fingers for nice weather as it can be quite boring there if it isn't.
I also have something to look forward to when I get back. Because then I will start packing for real. Not only a tiny suitcase...

weekend x2
It is just the greatest feeling when you realize you have had two days off and you will have two more. Three day working week is just great.
It has been nice the first two days. A bit of frying in the sun to work on the tan. And yesterday I was invited to my cousin with sis for dinner. Great dinner and nice company, and some jumping on the trampoline until I was all sweaty. I would love to have a trampoline by the way, what an awesome work out it would be. In the evening we also took a bath in the jacuzzi of 39 degrees. Lovely way to end the summer night.
Even though I have only been working for two months, it is a nice feeling to have a bit of vacation.

weekend is here
I started my weekend today. Great feeling to have when leaving work on a Wednesday.
When I came home I made myself a delish fruitsalad, containing nectarine, grapes, strawberries, pomegranate, and some lemon yoghurt. Then I enjoyed it out on the terrace in the sun.

a walk
Today I am going to try out this thing everybody tries and fails. "A new life". Well, at least for the two following weeks I am home alone. Then I will go to Finland for some vacation, and we all know how the "new life" combined with vacation ends.
Anywho, I was good and went out for a forty minute walk. My intention is to do it every day... Lets see how many days it lasts.

gotta love summer
Loving summer when you just want a light dinner and can eat a bowl of strawberries. Just add some sugar and milk mixed with cream. Summer love.
